PROJECT DESCRIPTION

79 new properties being built, as part of the Building a Better Nottingham scheme.

The programme was delivered across the city in partnership with Nottingham City Homes (NCH), Nottingham City Council (NCC). the project has seen the construction of 60 bungalows 13 houses and 6 communal bungalows contributing to a commitment to build 100 new bungalows by 2019.

The bungalows will offer quality homes for older people or those with mobility issues, enabling them to move into suitable accommodation while remaining in their own community.

Being built on ten sites, the project forms the second and third phases of the empty property programme, to repurpose disused sites in the city.

APH Electrics Ltd were employed to complete the Mechanical and Electrical packages on the housing sites and completed the following over the term of the project:

  • Temporary supplies
  • PV
  • Boiler installations
  • Plumbing works
  • M&E first and second fix
  • Sprinkler works
  • External taps
  • Chlorination works
  • Commissioning
