Project Description
Active Rutland Hub was a 17 week EMPA project for the conversion of run down prison facilities into new offices and sports facilities as part of a new development within Oakham Business Park. Working alongside the main contractor and we have successfully completed a Mechanical and Electrical Design and Build package for £152,000.00 to include the following:
- Fire Alarm installation and commissioning
- Intruder Alarm installation and commissioning
- Data Cabling
- Installation of main distribution boards and sub mains
- Power Installation
- Lighting Installation
- Supply wire and fit water heaters
- Ventilation
- Hand Dryers
- Inside lighting throughout entire building
- Outside lighting, lamp posts and flood lights
- Electric doors
- Sockets and switches internal and external
- Electrical supplies to signage
- Disabled Alarms in toilet
- Drawings & O&M Manuals
- Mechanical works
- Sports Hall Lighting
This Contract was completed with no M&E snags and within budget.
